FAQ: Books

Q: How long can I check out reserve books?

A: Two (2) hours, or until library closes that day

Q: I received a notice from the library saying the book I checked out was recalled. What does this mean?
A: Each semester, we place required books on Reserve. If a required book is checked out, we recall it. Please return recalled books as soon as possible.

Q: How do I know when my materials are due? How do I renew materials?
A: You can check your account online through the catalog, and click the link to Sign In.  Go to Library Card or My Loans to see the books you have checked out. This will show you when books are due, and allows you to renew. If the materials are from Adler, you can also stop by the library or call us to renew books (236-521-2404).

Q: I forgot my ID and want to check out a book. Can I still check something out?
A: Yes
