Common Book Program: Parable of the Sower

The 2020-21 Adler University Common Book title is Parable of the Sower, by Octavia Butler.

The Committee chose this book because it is not only highly readable but also particularly relevant given our current world, adds the element of hope to a dystopian story, and highlights the preciousness of community.
