During this time, no test kits or forms will be available for pick-up or drop off.

This page provides Clinical Psychology students currently enrolled in the Vancouver PsyD Program with the policies and procedures about the assessment materials available to them policies and procedures. To reserve tests kits and manuals, forms, or view all available material, please use the links below.

Test kits, manuals, and forms, may ONLY be picked up at the following times from the Vancouver Library:

Tuesdays, from 12pm-1pm
Wednesdays, from 12pm-1pm

Reserving Test Kits & Manuals

Reserving

Reservations for assessment kits and manuals must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance. To reserve assessment kits and manuals, go to library.adler.edu/VancouverPsyD/assessment and view the list of available materials. Select the item you are looking for, then log in using your Adler account, and select "Request Campus Copy"

Pick-Up

Assessment kits and manuals can be picked up during the same appointment window as assessment forms. Any alternate pickup time must be arranged a minimum of 24 hours in advance and is subject to staff availability. To pick up your assessment kits and manuals, go to the information desk in the library. A Student Library Assistant, or the Librarian will collect the material and sign it out for you. If you need to cancel a reservation, please contact vanlibrary@adler.edu as soon as possible.

Drop-Off

Assessment kits and manuals may be dropped off during the Library hours. You must return all assessment kits and manuals to the Information Desk in the library. Assessment kits and manuals MUSTbe checked back in by a Library Student Assistant or the Librarian. Please do NOT leave assessments anywhere in the library unattended.

You are responsible for ensuring all test items included in the kits are returned and in good condition. Assessment kits and manuals must be picked up and dropped off by the student who borrowed the material.

Assessment kits and manuals are due after 7 days, with 1 renewal allowed. If the assessment kit or manual is not returned 3 days past the due date, the material will be marked as lost.

Reserving Forms

Reserving assessment forms is done through the bookings page, where you must make an appointment for form pick-up. If you cannot make your appointment time due to a class conflict, please email vanassessments@adler.edu to arrange an alternate pickup time. Any alternate pickup time must be arranged a minimum of 24 hours in advance and is subject to staff availability.

Please be as specific as possible when reserving assessment forms. Many assessments have multiple forms, so please clarify which you specifically need. A full list of the available assessment forms is available here.

Students may only request 1 copy of each form at a time. If there is a legitimate reason you need more than 1 copy, you can request permission by emailing vanasessments@adler.edu with your reasoning.

Pick-Up

Assessment forms can be picked up during the appointment window from the PsyD program assistant in the group study area of the library.

Drop-Off

Assessment forms are one-time use, and do not need to be returned to the library, unless used for demonstration only (i.e. not filled out). Blank forms may be returned to the Librarian or Student Library Assistant during the library hours. Assessment forms being returned MUST be checked back in by a Library Student Assistant or the Librarian. Please do NOT leave assessments anywhere in the library unattended.
