How do instructors place materials on reserve?

Instructors on the Chicago and Vancouver campuses will receive an email from the MBS bookstore contact on their campus with the deadline for submitting their book titles for the upcoming semester.  When you submit this information to your bookstore contact it is automatically shared with the Library and we will place a copy of each of the titles on your bookstore list on reserve.

If you do not submit your bookstore list by the deadline, we cannot guarantee that your reserve books will be ready for your students by the first day of class.We also will not purchase books that fall outside of our collecting scope.  In either of these cases, you may place your personal copy of the book on reserve in the Library.
