Assessment Support

Finding tests & measures is challenging! After reviewing this guide, reach out to the library with questions about:

  • Navigating databases (APA PsycInfo, Mental Measurements Yearbook with Tests in Print, APA PsycTests)
  • Finding an author's contact information

Unfortunately, unlike finding articles, sometimes a measure is simply not available unless you track down the author. If the full text of a measure cannot be found via our databases or searching the web, you can try contacting the author. If you cannot reach the author, we recommend working with your dissertation chair.
